Party areas
The Club offers three (3) party areas for members to enjoy a fine dining experience.
GROUND FLOOR OPEN AREA
An amount of Rs. 6,000/- + taxes to be paid in advance for a three (3) hour slot on Friday Saturday and Sunday for a maximum 50 persons pac. Additionally Rs. 5,000/- in cash to be given as a interest free refundable deposit. Please note and damages shall be recovered from this deposit.
NOTE
On weekends i.e. Friday Saturday & Sunday only one of the either ground floor or the Dining Area may be booked by a member after7:00 p.m. an additional Rs. 2,000/- per hour or part thereof will be charged if the party continues beyond the three(3) hours slot and not to go beyond 11:00 p.m.

Members are required to abide by the following rules & regulations.
Hiring of the party areas can only be done by members.
Give the club 10 days notice in advance & pay the deposit amount in cash.
The party organized and or the area defined shall not be used for any commercial purpose.
Music shall be permitted till 10:00 p.m. only
No fireworks or games which will disturb the horses shall be permitted.
Outside catering shall be permitted at an additional cost of Rs. 5,000/- payable in advance. In this case arrangements for crockery cutlery or other utensils will have to be made by the member. The club shall not provide any of the same.
No alcohol will be permitted.
Any cancellations shall be done one week prior to the event to avail of refund of deposit or else the same will be forfeited.
Taxes / GST will be applicable as per government norms.
