I / We do hereby declare that the particulars as stated overleaf are correct and that I / We am / are residents of Mumbai as defined in the Rules & Regulations. I / We hereby agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations and By-Laws of the club as amended from time to time. I / We accord our consent to our child to be admitted as a Junior / Expatriate member of the club and do herby personally undertake to pay all amounts due to the club from him / her.

We also agree NOT to hold the club responsible for any injury caused to me / our child / guest while participating in the various activities of the club.

In the event of this application for membership not being accepted by the Managing Committee of the club I authorize the club to recover all dues towards the riding and allied facilities availed from the monies paid by us at GUEST RATES

Note:

1. The Application should be filled and submitted duly proposed and seconded by two members who are either Patrons / Life / Ordinary / Associate members who should themselves be members of the club for a minimum of three years. This clause is not applicable to Expatriate / Service and Temporary member.
2. Junior membership will be in effect till the member completes 18 years of age.
3. On completion of 18 years a junior member must apply WITHIN ONE MONTH for transfer to Associate membership failing which the membership will lapse.
4. The applicant for Ordinary / Life membership must have a minimum of 54 rides per year for 3 consecutive years or a cumulative of 162 sides over the last 3 years.
5. An Expatriate, Service or Temporary member wishing to take up membership of the club should forward their application duly signed by their Employer / Head of Department.
