Know the Polo Player's Handicap

The Polo Player's Handicap is the comparative rating of the players' playing skills. Handicaps are expressed as goals and range from -2 (given to all beginners) and then going up to 10. The 10 being the best. It is the overall rating of a player's horsemanship, team play, knowledge of the game, strategy and horses.
